Model Surgeon is a browser-based tool for inspecting, editing, measuring, exporting, and verifying machine-learning model files that you supply. Models are parsed, never executed, and are deleted when your session ends. Package verification is free for everyone, forever, with or without an account.
Free: requires a verified email; includes models up to 1 GB and 2 attested public Hugging Face pushes per calendar month. Practitioner: $39/month or $390/year, billed by Stripe; includes the 20 GB safetensors ceiling, private and organization pushes, and uncapped public pushes within fair rate limits. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period. All payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise; cancelling stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period (§3).
You retain all rights to models you load; we claim none. You are responsible for having the rights to the models you load, push, or share, and for complying with their licenses and with applicable export and AI regulations for systems you build. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or push malicious artifacts to public repositories.
Signed exports attest to what happened inside a session — the operations performed and file integrity. They are not a warranty of a model's safety, performance, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FALCONS.AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you keep any mandatory protections and forum rights of your country of residence.
We will post updated terms here with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
